First City Monument Bank is pleased to announce the Climate Finance Workshop for Businesses, in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).‎ Are you a major solar power generator/ inverter developer, manufacturer or distributor and you are thinking of scaling up? Do you operate within the mini-grid, solar hybrids and solar home solutions? Or are you a business looking at reducing your energy cost and adopting cleaner energy sources.


The Climate Finance Workshop 2019 is designed to provide an overview of the critical concepts of climate finance as well as tangible best practices for scaling-up climate finance to address mitigation and adaptation activities in Nigeria. This workshop will foster broader market-building activities such as research and advocacy, as well as help facilitate the building of relationships to enhance an ecosystem for access to energy solutions and adopt cleaner energy sources in Nigeria.
